shutdown in 1 minute?!?!?!

Everyday it seems that I'm getting a message saying "the
system will shut down because the signal was lost. Shut
down prompted from NT authority\system The system is
shutting down because the remote procedure Call service
(RPC) stopped transmitting a signal. My computer shuts
down after it counts down from a minute. Anyone know
what's up with this???
