START/TURN OFF COMPUTER/SHUT DOW
Can shut down if I do following
1. START/TURN OFF COMPUTER/STANDB
2. After few seconds, press any key on keyboar
3. START/TURN OFF COMPUTER (Last item in lower left corner of screen
4. TURN OFF (In center of screen
After Step 4 abpve, following message appears on screen
Other people are logged on to this compute
Shutting down Windows may cause them to lose data
Do you want to continue shutdown
When I reply YES, the system shuts down
I have never had my system set up to allow another user but apparently my system must think I do
I have run the REPAIR program to repair any XP sortware problem and have deleted Norton Antivirus program but that did not solve the problem
Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated
