shut down

I am working on my computer. (No matter what program) and my computer will shut down. It gives me a blue screen with an error message: Win.sys Address: BF8c6731 Base At BF 80000, datestamp41107f7a. Can any one tell me why???? Thanks vbragg9

There is no such file in WindowsXP nor System32. You may have picked up
