Hi my name is Carolina Montoya, how are you?. This morning I am hoping you can help me . First I don't know what the computer's problem is; I have a vpr matrix model 253R which I bought in 2002, now for the past year every once in a while when I'm in the internet (juno) I get this message: This systerm is shutting down please save all work in progress and log off. This systerm is iniated by NT Authority System. so the computer shuts down and turns itself on again, but if I get off the system before it shuts down I have to wait several minutes to turn it back on again otherwise I get the same message and it shuts down again. I will appreciated any help you can give me. thank you for your cooperation.

You seem to be infected with a MS-Blast worm (pretty old now). Try
downloading the following removal tool -

By the looks of it you don't seem to update or seem to have any anti-virus
software. I recommend you update your computer with the lastest Microsoft
patchs (Windows Update) and to aquire yourself an anti-virus software,
Norton or Mcafee.
