Shut Down Problem

Hi
Nice forum, thanks guys for putting it together.

My problem is that I cannot shut down the computer. When I click o
"SHUT DOWN" it just restarts.

I have reinstalled XP but it still won't shut down.

I hope you can help. many thanks in advance
