Every time I shut down my computer (Windows XP Pro)I get
an error message titled "hpoinw07.exe-DLL Initialization
failed" and in the body it says "The application failed
to initialise because window server is shutting down".

I have to click OK and then the same error message pops
up one or two more times, have to click ok repeatedly
before it will shut down. It doesn't affect me in any
other way, its just annoying to not be able to shut down
immediately.

Hi

The file hpoinw07.exe belongs to HP Printer Driver.
The error may come if this file is not able to initilize
the printer. You can try to fix the problem by removing
the driver and then reinstalling it again.

And also make sure if the printer is switched on at the
time when computer shuts down or starting up so that this
file can initilize the printer.

Thanks
