I noticed on some sites the path is .shtml
What is this?
This is a special Web format used primarily in the wine
and spirits industry. It stands for Shot Markup Language.
Seriously, this is a special filename extension that
triggers "server-side include" processing on UNIX servers.
On Windows servers, the extension .stm is equivalent.
A server-side include is a special comment like:
<!-- #include file="lib/adovbs.inc" -->
that the Web server replaces with the contents of the
given file.
