G Guest Aug 29, 2007 #2 Right-Click on the cell, then select "Format Cells". Click on the Alignment Tab, then check "Shrink to Fit". You can also get to it from the Ribbon, by going to the Home Tab, then clicking the small box in the lower-right corner of the "Number" section. HTH, Elkar
