Shrink to Fit

In Print Preview (Office - Print -> Print Preview), in the Preview chunk in
the ribbon, click Shrink One Page. If you need it at other times, then right
click it an add it to the Quick Access Toolbar. (Notice that when you hover
of it, you'll see that the actual underlying name is still Shrink to Fit).
