I have my computer set so when WINDOW KEY+L is hit, the computer becomes
locked. It is not the original welcome screen where you can select users. I
use the small dialogue box that requires you to hit CTRL+ALT+DELETE and then
enter a user name and password to unlock or log onto the computer. I need to
know how to have the feature where under password, it says "Log On To..."
and than there are choices to log onto. How do I get this feature, because I
know someone that has it, and they are not a domain member.

Unless you are a member of a domain, you will not see "Log On To:" in your
Username/Password dialog box. Why? Because you have no choice of what to
log into.. You are logging into your computer.. Unless you are a member of
a domain, you do not have more than one choice. Unless that domain has
other trusted domains (or sub-domains, etc) - then you will only have the
choice of the local machine or the domain.
