showing just recent folders/web sites in favorites gone

Suddenly on one of my computers, I no longer get the new feature that shows
just the recent sites or folders in favorites. Can someone tell me how to
restore that feature.

Open Internet Explorer and click Tools menu
Choose Internet Options, and click the Advanced tab
In the Browsing section, check "Enable Personalized Favorites Menu"
