Showing all alternative addresses in Contacts

I've got Outlook 2000, and in the Contacts module, was
wondering how to display not only the contacts primary
address, but all of the secondary/alternative addresses
in the same window without having to use the pull down
menu and selecting the other address. Please help!

you need to use a custom form.
