Show Ranking on Report (Access 2000)

Good morning,

I have designed a report which is a league table of sales people within
their respective teams showing their accuracy levels when entering orders.

I want to be a bit fancy and have an unbound text box which just shows their
ranking. The ranking would need to reset for each new team.

Team Ranking Operator
A 1 Sean
A 2 Paul
B 1 Carol


Can some one give me some coding advice here. Thank you
 
Sorry...too hasty...I have added an unbound text box, Made it one, and
changed the Running sum to over group. Sorted !!
