Show me step by step how to Open File for Editing on the Word Viewer 2003. I
can not seem to make it work. I can open a file but I can not change or save
it. Does it matter that I have windows XP on my computer and not a previous
version? I am trying to take a document I made on my microsoft works word
processor that I have already saved to disk and open it on a computer other
than my own. The other computer will not open the file at all . Can you
tell me what I am doing wrong?

The Word Viewer is exactly that: a *viewer*. There is no way to edit
documents in the viewer. You will need either Word itself or some
other program (such as OpenOffice Writer) that can edit documents.
