What are the steps to show/hide bullets under a topic heading in the body of
an e-mail; i.e., have just the title "Product Available" appear with an down
arrow - when click on the down arrow the bulleted list shows - when click on
the up arrow, the bulleted list disappears

PRODUCE AVAILABLE
* Apples
* Pears
* Peaches

You can't do this in Outlook.
