It's not toggling off. How do I get it to work please? Thank you.

The ShowAll command toggles the options not specifically selected in the
Options dialog box, so you will have to clear each individual setting
("Hidden text," "Paragraph marks," etc.) for it to "behave."

To display the Options dialog box:

- Word 2007: Office button | Word Options (Display category).

- Word 97-2003: Tools | Options (View tab).
