"Show Desktop" quicklaunch button won't work

Click Kelly's link below, click on "S" and scroll down to...
"Show Desktop icon is missing"

Copy and paste the five lines below into Notepad.

[Shell]
Command=2
IconFile=explorer.exe,3
[Taskbar]
Command=ToggleDesktop

Then save it as Show Desktop.scf and drag it to your
quick launch bar.

Doesn't seem to work for me. ): kelly's link is not available now. x.x When I go to the website then click "S", It says: Service Unavailable. I use the dougknox one, to restore it. It got restore but still won't open. It says: "Windows cannot open this file:
To open this file, Windows needs to know what program created it. Windows can go online to look it up automatically, or can manually select from a list of programs on your computer.":(
