Show Calendar in "Mailbox - UserName" List

My Outlook 2007 up until this morning for whatever reason, showed my email,
calendar and contacts in the expandable list of "Mailbox - User name". Now
ONLY my email folders show, how can I add the calendar and contacts 'line
items' in the directory structure?
 
Use the button at the bottom of the navigation pane to display the folder
list instead of the mail navigation component.
