How can I show the multiple values entered in a cell for a
simple sum ? At the moment, I enter all of it again into a
comment, then print and show the comment (the recipient
wants it all on paper). Is there a possibility to
automatically show/print all the entries of a cell on the
paper ? Help much appreciated !
Thanks, Anke

Is that what you are looking for?

Do you mean say where cell D4 has =123+456+789+100+200+300 and it displays
1968? And you want to convert this to say six different visible cells?
Back up your data first and do this..
Select D4 (Click on it)
At the menu, Data, Text-to-Columns..Delimited-Next, Check only Other with
"+" in the Box (without the ""'s); Next - Then FINISH. a potential problem
is if you have existing data already in cells E4:I4 (the next 5 columns in
this example) because the procedure will overwrite whatever's there. So
allow for that. It will initially display in a single row across multiple
columns, but you could select it and copy it paste-special transpose to get
it vertical for the recipient. Just a thought..

Hi Gord,

I was puzzled by your "snipurl.com" and investigated. It's a cool service!

Thank you.
