show attachment in e-mail header

I would like to cosutomize the e-mail header that it
shows the e-mail as example below:
"from:"
"sent:"
"to:"
"Subject"
"Attachment"

and here's the question: At present my e-mail settings do
not show the "Attachment", so when I send out an
attachment it is not mentioned. How can I add this item?
 
Where the attachment shows depends on your mail format.

Outlook Rich Text Format = attachment inserted directly after the cursor.
Plain Text Format = attachment inserted in a window beneath the message
HTML format = attachment inserted below subject line

(Note - the last 2 scenarios can reverse depending on your version of
Outlook)
