Is there any way I can make my contacts folder show all the entries for
contacts in its subfolders? At the moment all contacts are in category
subfolders yet I cannot get a contact list with all my contacts in.

Many thanks

Open the Contacts Folder - go to View-Current View-Address cards

Fraid I can't find "current view" on the view menu. Have opened "contacts"
on the outlook bar but by clicking "address cards" in the current view menu
it does not help. Sorry, I forgot to mention the version of outlook i'm
using - in case it makes a difference i'm using outlook 2003.

Many Thanks

i don't think that there is a way to see a list of all contacts, once some
are in subfolders. you have to look at the subfolders to see the contacts
that are in them.
