Shortcuts need repair

I just installed IE 7 and I noticed all my web shortcuts are no longer the
same. I can no longer connect to internet site that the shortcut refereed to
and at properties the dropdown display is missing the 'Web Document" section
where I can enter or change the web address. I tried TweekUI to repair ICONs
but no help. I am not sure if this problem is related to new install of IE 7
or something else but I have been unable to find a fix.
