Shortcut with Runas not working

I created a shortcut on my children's PC that runs as the administrator
account for the application that starts the wireless network connection. It
does not save the password, so each time they need to re-enter the password,
which I don't want them knowing. I've done this before but cannot figure out
what I'm doing wrong this time. How do I configure the shortcut to remember
the password?

Err doesn't the wireless connection start up automatically?
