At our office we view other user's folders by:

File:Open:Other user's folder...

Is there a way to make a shortcut in the "Outlook Shortcuts" pane on
the left to one or more of these user's folders?

Thanks!

Edit: This is in Outlook 2000

Not when using Open Other User's Folder, no. You'd have to add the other
user's mailbox to your profile, and the other user would have to give you
appropriate permissions to the mailbox itself plus any folders they want you
to have access to. Once the mailbox is added to your profile, the folders
will appear in your Folder List, and you can then create shortcuts.

I responded to your first post about 15 minutes after you bumped it...
