The problem you're having in accessing this newsgroup is because you're
using the web interface. It's lousy as you have found. It's better to use
a newsreader. XP comes with one, Outlook Express. Here is a link for how
to set up Outlook Express for reading a newsgroup.

Also please don't change the flow of the thread by top posting. I have
bottom posted, post your reply underneath mine.
You need to fix the underlying issues, not look for a keystroke that will
close all the windows at once. Have you thoroughly gone through the malware
removal links I gave you? Mywebs.dll gives no hits in google. If you
spelled it correctly, and it's not "myweb.dll" without the "s", then no
google hits is suspicious and suggests malware. If the file actually is
myweb.dll, that's associated with the .Net framework. Do you have that
installed.
For the system32 folder opening at startup see this link.

Windows NT 4.0

For Yahoo messenger look in the program options for a choice to not have it
open on startup.
For the "Dell" issue you haven't given enough information. What do you mean
by "Dell" comes up. What exactly is it?
Here are some guidelines for stopping programs from opening at startup.
First step should be to check in the options for the program you don't want
to start and see if there is a setting to tell it not to run at startup.
The next step is to remove any entries you don't want from the two startup
folders:
C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Start Menu\Programs\Startup
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Startup
For anything else uncheck their entries in the startup tab of msconfig:
Start | Run | Msconfig | Ok
Another option is to remove the reference to them from one of these keys in
the registry:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\RunOnce
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\RunOnce
Make sure you have a backup of the registry using a program like ERUNT
before making any changes to the registry.
