shortcut to desktop

Hi, Now I can't send shortcut to desktop when I right click and send to.
I've had this problem before but forget how I fixed it! I get the message
to make outlook my default mail client but I prefer OE. Thanks,
 
Thanks very much, it worked! I am so glad that most of my problems can be
fixed just by subscribing to newsgroups.
