Shortcut key programming.

I often find myself having to type my email address and want to know how I can assign output to a function key or other key sequence while in IE. Example . . Order status page at a vendor site prompts for an email address and I must check it 10 times a day . . . I'd like to be able to punch an unused function key or ctrl/? to fill in the entry box at the blinker with my email address. Please help!
 
In IE, tools...Internet Options
Choose the Content tab then click the AutoComplete button.

Make sure that the checkbox for "forms" is checked.
