shortcut for email address

Anybody know a way to avoid having to type out your email
address in full each time you fill in a form?
I could do it on the good old BBC Bs using the star
buttons.
 
Richard, just go to Internet Options, Content tab and in the Personal
Information section click on AutoComplete. There you can select Webaddress,
forms and username passwords on forms. Sure makes it easy when filling our
a form.
