Shortcut background of written part in transparent???

Hi to all,

I have XP Pro and the Autum scene as Desktop background.
I have also a number of shortcuts with the background of the written
part in a color that matches the one side but not the other.
Is it possible to have it in transparent ?

Try this ...
Right-click My Computer and select Properties, then click the Advanced tab,
then click the Settings button for the Performance section, then click the
Custom option, and then scroll down and select the "Use drop shadows for
icon labels on the desktop" option.
