short-cuts for inserting columns and rows?

Hey guys (and gals)

What are the short cuts, please, for inserting columns and rows? .. to save
me time, so that I don't have to do 'Insert > Column / Row'...

Lots are already created, included insert column, insert row, plus many
more.
Go to View|Toolbars|Customise. Select the 'Insert' catagory, then just drag
the required button to the toolbar. Hey presto.
If you flick through the other catagories, you will see there is a button
(shortcut) for most menu options.
