Hi,

I searched previous messages but did not find a conclusive answer to this. Can you put a shortcut to a public folder into the navigation pane? When I right click on the folder from the public folders list and choose "Add to Favorites", it only puts that public folder in "My Shortcuts" on the navigation pane. The ability for the shortcut to the public folder to show as a button (like Mail, Calendar, Contacts, etc) would be ideal because I can watch it from a main page. We could do this in Outlook 2002. Any ideas?

Thanks!

Which navigation pane are you concerned about? The My Shortcuts pane is the
Outlook 2003 equivalent of the OUtlook 2002 Outlook BAr.

If you add a Mail/Post public folder to Public Folders\Favorites, you should
also be able to right-click it and choose Add to Favorite Folders to make it
appear at the top of the Mail pane.
