Shine.exe DLL Initalize Failure

Upon logging off an error box quickly appears and then
disappears, saying:

SHINE.EXE - DLL Initalize Failure

I found SHINE.EXE in C:\WINDOWS but why am I receiving
this error?

You may want to check out symantec (Norton). Seems you
may have contracted this virus W32.HLLC.Happylow.
