Shift " and shift @ keys are mixed. Why me????

Am using English UK but key are wrong way around. Others users on this home
PC don't have this problem.

You have the wrong keyboard layout set in the regional settings of your
profile -
In Windows XP - Control Panel > regional settings > languages > details >
change the US keyboard to the UK keyboard layout.
Other operating systems may access this differently
