Trying to install AT&T Natural Voices on a Windows 2k
system. Logged in as "P\System Administrator". Happens
on Disk 1, almost immediately after I click the
last "next" button in the set up wizard and the install
process begins.
Error 1931
Windows Installer cannot update system file
C:\WINNT\System32\SHFOLDER.DLL
because the file is protected by Windows
You may need to update your operating system for this

The answer is in the error message...
*You may need to update your operating system for this program
to work correctly. *
What Service Pack version is installed on your system (Service
Pack 4 is the latest available for W2K) ?
Start>Run>Winver OK, to check the installed Service Pack.
Check the vendor for the minimum requirements for this
application.
