Can anyone help me regarding the following message when booting my computer?
I recieved this message "Explorer.exe - unable to locate component. This app failed to start. SHDOCVW.dll was not found."
Then I press the "OK" button and nothing happens but my desktop picture appears and nothing else. I cannot access the computer.
With Operating system is Windows XP Home Edition.
Please advise on any resolution.
