shdoclc.dll error

When i try to open internet Explorer, i keep getting an error about
shdoclc.dll

I ran a McAfee Virsucan and a spybot scan without finding nothing

Can someone help me please

Give this a try,
Click on start>run and type in regsvr32 shdoclc.dll and click ok.
Try to open IE again
Note: Their is a space between the 32 and shdoclc.dll
if still nojoy look here.
