I want to share the Vista Calendar between to users on the same PC. Each
user has their own profile but I want to only one calendar that both access.
I don't want to publish the calendar to the Internet. Is this possible.
Microsoft's web site says:
Shared calendars
Windows Calendar enables you to set up individual calendars for multiple
people. This is especially helpful for families or other groups who share a
single PC. Windows Calendar makes it easy for people who use the same
computer to coordinate their personal schedules by letting them compare
information from any or all personal calendars, side-by-side in a single
view.

How do I set this up?

To share a calendar, got to the Share Menu and select Publish. The dailog
walks you through it. You can Announce the calendar by having it generate
an e-mail and send it to friends (or other user e-mails).

For others to view it, they need to Subscribe to your calendar. They should
click Share, Subscribe and type the path to the calendar.

The instructions are in the Calendar Help function under Publish and
Subscribe (respectively).

HTH,
Art
