Sharing violation

I have a word document that I can't delete, move, or rename. the file say it
may be in use but it not open anyware. I delete all temp files no effect.
Rebot computer. no effect. took ownership no effect.

I need to remove this file!!!!

Help
 
What view are you using in the Explorer window from which you're trying to
delete it?

What view are you using: List, Details, Thumbnails, Small/Large Icons,
Preview, etc.?
