Hi I want to be able to create 2 or 3 themes (for Wrod documents) and share
them with all users in my office - there are 100+ users. How is the best way
to go about this? Any suggestions welcomed.

Set up your theme the way you want it. Then click the Themes button and choose
Save Current Theme from the bottom of the gallery. When you give the theme a
name, it will be saved as a file with a .thmx extension.

In the Computer application, type this in the address bar and press enter:

%appdata%\Microsoft\Templates\Document Themes

You'll see your .thmx file there. Copy it to some location that's accessible to
the other users. Each user should download it and place it in their Document
Themes folder. It will then appear in a "Custom" section at the top of the
Themes gallery.

Thanks for your quick response Jay - very much appreciated. I wanted to avoid
users having to manually download it. Do you know if it is possible to use a
script or something similiar to update all 'profiles' of users?

It certainly is possible.

Probably the best method is to set up a logon script that will copy the file
each time a user logs into the network. But since I don't know anything about
your network environment I can't give you explicit instructions.

Look at http://www.google.com/search?q=windows+logon+script, and particularly
the TechNet section on logon scripts that starts at
<http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc757263(WS.10).aspx>. If you don't
know scripting languages such as VBScript, you'll have to find someone who can
take the names and paths of the files to be copied and write the script for you.
