That might be a good question to ask the vendor of the program.

Or you could experiment. If all the install process does, related to the user,
is install a shortcut into the user's personal profile, you (the administrator?)
can certainly copy the shortcut, from your profile (or wherever) to his profile.
Or maybe you can copy the shortcut to the All Users menu area.

On the other hand, if the install process creates additional settings, maybe
even registry keys, those might not be so easily copied. Some vendors might
even make this intentionally difficult for you, to force you to buy additional
licenses. This is something you may find out only by trial and error.

Does the instructions for the program state that it must be installed by the
person using it? Again, this may be a question for the vendor.

The easiest way to do this is to put a shortcut to the program in the
All Users profile. Here's whatcha do -

1. As someone with administrator priveleges, right-click the start
button and select 'Open'.

2, Then right-click it again and select 'Open All Users'.

You can copy shortcuts between the start menu locations, or copy them
to \Documents and Settings\All Users\Desktop if you'd prefer them on
everyone's desktop.

Hope this helps -
