Sharing Printer over internet

I have shared a printer over the internet. Share name is HPOFFICE.

From another PC on the web, I can browe the printers. But when I click on connect and successfully login, an error is reported back that the printer can not be found.

I am running Tiny Firewall and IIS.
 
Ok - to make things even stranger - from the browser client on the remote pc I can even stop and start the print q, but it will not allow me to connect and print to it....

Solution Found.

the SMTP service was not running...
