Sharing outlook info

i have a network of 4 computers all running on xp pro. i
have office xp. i wish for my "server" computer (through
which all other computers gain internet access) to share
Outlook data with my laptop without the need to
import/export info or route emails through a "rule".

there must be a simple way of synchronising the data???

please help
