Hi, I am new to XP. I have different users on my p.c. Is
there any way we can all have access to all the mail in
outlook express. At the moment, whoever logs on first
gets all the mail!! any advice appreciated.

As you can set up as many email addresses like
(e-mail address removed) (mail address munged, which is what you
should do when posting to usenet), there is no earthly reason why each
user shouldn't have their own email. Besides, OE is not designed as a
networked email client, which is essentially what you are trying to do,
although on the same machine.

Use Message Rules to filter your mail where the two addresses are aliases
for the same mailbox.

E.g., (e-mail address removed) and (e-mail address removed) are aliases for one mailbox. In the
Identity associated with (e-mail address removed), create a Message Rule stating, "Where
TO or CC contains (e-mail address removed), Do not download it from the server and Stop
processing more rules" (The last phrase is important!) and place this rule
at the very top of the list.

(Variation in (e-mail address removed)'s Identity: "Where TO or CC does *not* contain
(e-mail address removed), Do not download it from the server and Stop processing more
rules.")

Then create a similar rule for the Identity associated with (e-mail address removed)
(&c.)
directing any messages addressed to (e-mail address removed) to not be downloaded from the
server (or Variation).
