Sharing Outlook '03 w/ other users

MS Outlook 2003 and MS Exchange 2003

I have 5 users who would like to have their Calendar shared with each other.

One user, Michelle, currently can click on a check box with a user name,
within Outlook on the left panel and view their calendar. She just needs 3
more users.

The remaining 4 need the samething that Michelle has, so that they can click
on say Keith or Mark check box and view their Calendar.

My boss had done this for her......but he's no longer here and I'm now in
his place.

Show her how to right-click on the Calendar folder, bring up its Properties
dialog, switch to the Permissions tab and set permissions there.

Sounds like you need to take some Exchange courses.
