Sharing No Longer Works

I have 3 computers on a private LAN. All 3 computers were setup to allow
each to access the others C drives. When I installed Windows Live OneCare, I
was no longer able to see drives on the other systems. I changed the
Firewall setting to allow sharing with local systems but it still doesn't
work. What else do I need to do to restore the ability to share those
drives?

Have you checked the Share settings for C? You don't mention it if you did.
