Sharing MS Outlook without exchange on a home or small office ne.

please let me know if there is an option of sharing MS outlook folders
without having outlook exchange on a home or small office network if yes how
do i share and if not is it possible that there is going to be such option
 
Sharing in peer-to-peer (workgroup) environments is not Microsoft Outlook's
strong point in the out-of-the-box experience. The best bet today is to
