If i have a shared mailbox to which other people have access and i would like
to make email templates available for use to everyone where should i save it
so that it also becomes available to all the other users?

we create a "Public Message":

Select the "shared folder"

File/New select "to suply a Public message in this folder"

create this message and save it.

We have a "Public support templates" folder. This is an additional email
folder and here we store the "Public Messages" as templates (maybe in your
Outlook the name "Public Message" is different, because my Outlook is
german).

Additional information:
A "Public Message" is different to a normal email. We create "Public
Messages" as templates and not "standard emails" because users will sent
this "email templates" and then you have to create the template again. If
you use "Public Messages" the template text is insite of the "Public
Message".
