Sharing Folders Question

Is there any way that i can share a folder with just one computer on the
network??

I have a computer in the basement that i would like to be able to access
when i'm doing computer repairs , but i don't want the kids to access them
in their rooms upstairs. They have access to only a couple of files on my
computer on the main floor , but that is all i want them to be able to
access.

How would i ,,and can i just have the basement access this one particular
folder??

If you are the administrator and set up the file so it can only be accessed
by the administrator the kids will not be able to access it. This assumes
they do not have admin rights.
