sharing excel file

can i sharing file how two or more useres can edit and save data as same time
withiout "read only "massage for one of user?
 
In Excel 2003.. Tools >Share workbook > check the Allow changes by more than
one user box > OK

Depends on the version. Excel 2000-2003, select Tools|Share
Workbook. In 2007 it is Share Workbook on the Review tab. You
should review the help file on this to understand its
limitations. Once shared, you can't do some things like
add/remove sheets. To do that, you have to unshare it, add/remove
sheets, then share it again.

You can, but the functionality of a shared workbook is severely crippled,
and sharing doesn't work too good, so it is better to find an alternative
solution. Excel was not designed as a sharing app.
