sharing between XP and 2000

I am trying to do file sharing between XP and 2000.
I can login from the 2000 to the XP but can't login to the Administrator
folder on the 2000 machine....file sharing is enabled

I get the following error:
Administrator is not accessible. You might not have permission to use this
network resource.
Access is denied.

HELP...please

Create a user account/password on the Win2k machine that is identical to
the one on the XP box.
